What are assessment credits?

Each time you complete a Full Assessment, it uses one Full Assessment credit. Quick Assessments use Quick Assessment credits (unlimited on all tiers). Credits are included with your plan and additional credits can be purchased as needed. Unused credits do not expire.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Pricing page. When you upgrade, your new credits are added immediately. All your existing assessment data and history is preserved regardless of plan changes.
